wonderful job you did catering our company Christmas party.
The food was great and your staff handled everything pleasantly
and professionally. Initially I expressed my concern as to whether
my group would like the sweet and sour meatballs. Boy was I
wrong! They were delicious and there wasn't a single meatball

Dear Cindy,
As a Pharmaceutical Representative my job requires a lot
contact with food and the food service industry. In fact my
job often makes me feel like a caterer myself.
When I relocated to Augusta in 2003 I was calling caterers
in the phone book trying to find one that I could work with
on a regular basis. The task proved more difficult than I
imagined it would be. Of the at least 12 caterers or restaurants
that I contacted only three actually returned my phone call
or even faxed me their menus. By the time that I called Cindy’s
Catering I was exhausted and disappointed.
You helped me place my first order completely over the phone,
sight-unseen. I have to tell you that I thought to myself
“if her food and service are half as good as it sounds
she can have all of my business.” Well, your staff was
on time and friendly and the food was hot and tasted excellent.
Since that day you have had my catering business exclusively.
Thank you so much for making my life so much easier. When
I need a meal or snack catered in I know that I can call you
and I will get exactly what I want, when and where I want
it. If an office happens to be slightly outside of your delivery
area I even have picked up some meals and taken them myself,
and your staff has gone above and beyond by even helping me
pack my already overstuffed car.
Cindy, my sincerest thanks for a job that continues to be
