Stations are an impressive and memorable addition to any event. All Chef’s Stations are beautifully decorated and are manned by a uniformed chef. Stations may require additional labor/staffing & rental charges. Please contact our office for specifics.

Chef’s Carving Station
Carving station with your choice of Roast Beef,
Baked Ham, Smoked Turkey Breast or Pork Tenderloin
Served with assorted breads and appropriate condiments.

Chef’s Stir-Fry Station
Assorted fresh vegetables stir-fried with Teriyaki Sauce in an iron skillet at the Station for your guests.

Chef’s Potato Station
Steaming Whipped Potatoes served with your guests' choice of
Assorted Cheeses, Chives, Bacon Pieces, and Sauteed Mushrooms

Pasta Station
Three pasta dishes prepared by us in advance and
ready for your guests to enjoy!
Cheese Stuffed Tortellini with Mushroom Tomato Sauce
Penne with Smoke Mozzarella in Alfredo Sauce
Cold Pasta Salad with Marinated Vegetables

Chef’s Pasta Station
Fresh penne’ pasta, with your guests’ choice of Marinara or Alfredo sauces,
an assortment of fresh vegetables and meats, all cooked to your guests order.

Chef’s Fajita Station
Marinated chicken breast or shrimp cooked in an iron skillet
while your guests fill warm flour tortillas and top with fresh cooked vegetables,
sour cream, guacamole, Pico de gallo and refried beans.

Delicious Belgian Chocolate Fountain with Dippers
Over 20 flowing pounds of Belgian Dark, White or Milk Chocolate
cascading almost 3 feet down the fountain column and served with
a beautifully displayed assortment of items for dipping, such as
strawberries, bananas, apples, marshmallows, Rice Krispie Treats, pretzels, etc.
